I love working at Newcastle University. I am based at the Centre for Bacterial cell Biology, one of the world’s first dedicated centres for investigating bacteria at molecular level. You have access to the best expertise in the field. In addition to the academic excellence and fantastic equipment, we have a very friendly and relaxed environment. We also have access to sport facilities of the University. We also have gatherings and celebrations on various occasions. For example, every year we have one of the best Christmas parties.
