• Question: how long until the covid 19 vaccine comes out and what are they doing with it right know?

      People in the UK have started being given the vaccine this morning! They are starting with the most vulnerable people who are most at risk from COVID-19 and also the healthcare workers who look after them. It might take a while for everyone to get the vaccine but the fact that it has started is amazing and will hopefully mean that every day more and more people are safe.
      Right now they are storing all the doses that they have so they are ready for the people who will get it soon. It needs to be stored at -70 degrees C which is very cold!

      Following on from Rebecca – they also have to safely move the vaccine across the country! This is not easy when they have to be stored so cold!
