• Question: Why do you like exploring solar panels

      I like it for two main reasons:

      1. I like that I work on a technology that can help in the fight against climate change. It’s a good feeling to know that your work has the potential to help change people’s lives.

      2. There are lots of different processes that happen within a solar panel. I work on a type of materials (called perovskties) which haven’t been investigated that much so there’s lots of new physics and chemistry for us to discover. I find the science behind how a solar panel works super interesting and so I like being a part of understanding how these materials work.
