Question: What is the weirdest body you have inspected, and how did they die

I once looked at a skeleton that should have died from the big piece of metal embedded in to one of their bones. But they survived that and the bone healed around the metal. They lived to be quite old and had no other evidence of injury or illness and so likely died naturally
